Crowns are used to strengthen and protect the undamaged tooth structure and can improve the appearance of your teeth.
It takes a minimum of two sittings to fit a crown.
In the first sitting, the tooth is prepared for the crown. A mold or impression of the tooth is then made, and a temporary crown is placed over the prepared tooth.
At the second sitting, the temporary crown is taken off, and the permanent crown is cemented into place after proper adjustments.
